As Human Capital Lead for one of Atlantic Canada’s largest utility service contractors, Ashley has been involved in numerous high voltage EPC projects supporting local renewable energy initiatives. Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, her approach to talent acquisition, employee engagement and talent development is to foster a team environment that is collaborative, industrious, and continuously innovating to drive her organization to the forefront of a quickly evolving industry. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dalhousie University which has laid a strong foundation for her career in Human Resources. Complementing her academic background, she holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation in Nova Scotia with close to 10 years of experience working with talent in the energy sector in Ontario and throughout Atlantic Canada. She has a passion for people, particularly women in trades and is always looking for new ways to connect and be creatively engaged within the energy industry. Ashley is proud to be a contributing member to the mission of WiRE.
