Bianca Flamengo is the founder and Managing Partner of BVF Advisory and Consulting, a Dubai-based firm focused on bridging sustainable investment flows between Africa and the Gulf region. With over a decade of experience in international development, she has led high-impact portfolios across climate finance, agro-industry, and inclusive growth, with a focus on fragile and emerging markets.
Bianca is passionate about unlocking renewable energy and clean technology investments that are equitable and locally grounded. Through BvF Advisory, she supports governments, private investors, and multilateral institutions in designing sound strategies and bankable projects aligned with just transition principles. Her work blends deep political economy insight with practical implementation know-how.
As a WiRE volunteer, Bianca brings her commitment to inclusion and her experience navigating complex systems to amplify the role of underrepresented voices—particularly women—in the global energy transition.
