Jessica Yablecki is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional engineer with over a decade of experience in the mechanical engineering field. Her journey began at The HIDI Group, where she honed her skills as a Mechanical Designer. Jessica's expertise continued to grow as she advanced to the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Arup, where she worked on complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Canada. Jessica continued to progress her skills as a mechanical engineer and project manager in her role at Dillon Consulting Limited where she was an Associate and Business Development Manager.
In her current role as Team Lead, Generation Projects, at Manitoba Hydro, Jessica brings her wealth of experience to bear in managing a team and successfully executing complex projects for Manitoba’s major energy utility. Her exceptional leadership skills, combined with her deep understanding of engineering principles, enable her to excel in this challenging role.
Jessica's academic achievements include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Manitoba and holds a LEED AP certification from the Canada Green Building Council, demonstrating her commitment to sustainable building practices.
