Pooja Shah
Senior Consultant, Energy Storage & Transportation Electrification, DNV
Pooja Shah (she/her) is a Senior Consultant in DNV’s Renewables and Power Grids Advisory. Passionate about advancing equity while addressing climate change, Pooja’s focus is on development, financing, and implementation of innovative and equitable solutions to accelerate the energy transition. Pooja currently leads technical due diligence work for tax credit transfers at DNV. She previously led project development and owner’s engineering work for energy storage. Pooja has supported development and financing of 10GWh of clean energy projects, including some of the largest solar and energy storage projects in North America.
Pooja has a master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering with a focus on renewable energy and sustainability from Syracuse University, NY. Pooja is the chair for DNV’s Women+ Employee Resource Group for North America. She is also a recipient of the Equality in Energy Transition Emerging Leader Award.
