Salma Moustaid possesses a Master of Business Administration focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Dubai (2021). Her education provided her with a comprehensive understanding of various business aspects, including financial skills, project management, contemporary organizational leadership, business innovation planning, product and service development, strategic marketing management, organizational behavior, and management. In her previous role, Salma served as the co-founder of a solar startup focused on smart urban equipment. This startup won the Shark Tank in 2020, showcasing her innovative mindset. Additionally, she was an innovation winner in Solar Decathlon Africa 2019. As a professional, Salma is known for her public speaking abilities and emotional intelligence, which enable her to effectively negotiate and close deals with diverse stakeholders. She is committed to working in purposeful businesses with structured environments. Beyond her professional pursuits, Salma actively participates in climate change and SDGs workshops.
