Amanda Crozier is a bilingual project coordination and community development professional with over a decade of experience supporting large-scale initiatives, workforce development programs, and organizational operations across the territory of Gespe’gewa’gi. Known for her strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to build meaningful relationships, Amanda brings a steady and solutions-focused approach to every project she supports.

Amanda currently serves as the Executive Coordinator and MU2 Project Assistant for the Mi’gmawei Mawiomi Business Corporation, where she plays a key role in project management, training coordination, stakeholder engagement, and high-level administrative support. She manages invoicing processes, prepares executive materials, and leads logistics for major events, including shareholder meetings, board sessions, and community outreach activities. Her work ensures smooth operations and effective collaboration between partners, contractors, and Mi’gmaq employment stakeholders.

Amanda’s earlier roles include program administration with the Migmawei Mawiomi Secretariat working on territorial consultations, project coordination for the original Mesgi’g Ugju’s’n windfarm, and extensive work facilitating consultations, workshops, and training sessions across multiple communities.

Her academic and professional development includes certifications in Google Project Management, Conflict Resolution & Mediation, ARC GIS Mapping, Work-Life Strategist, and multiple skills-based trainings that strengthen her ability to support diverse teams and community initiatives.
