Dr. Dominica Una is an engineer, educator, and sustainability advocate with over ten years of experience managing and delivering complex projects in the renewable energy and oil and gas sectors. Her passion has taken her from oilfields to classrooms, boardrooms, and global climate forums and she is driven by a mission to develop solutions that benefit both people and the planet.

As a committed champion of climate action, Dr. Una has led multiple environmental initiatives and is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders. Presently, she lectures at LaSalle College Vancouver and volunteers as a mentor at Yorkville University. She has amplified voices for change at several UN Climate Change Conferences (COP) and other high-profile international platforms.

Dr. Una is passionate about transformative leadership in climate change and sustainability. She excels in fostering collaboration and mobilizing youth for societal impact. Her current work focuses on advancing a Just Transition, ensuring that all people and nations, regardless of economic standing, are included in the global transition to sustainability.
