Marwa Selim
Marwa is a member of the Deloitte Canada Climate Office team, where she supports the implementation of Deloitte’s WorldClimate strategy. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2022, Marwa worked in the environmental non-profit sector, engaging government, industry and community stakeholders to advance climate action, with a focus on climate mitigation. Her areas of expertise include low carbon transportation, electric mobility, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Marwa is passionate about accelerating a just and equitable energy transition and securing Canada’s energy future. She is very active in the electrification and environmental sustainability space, volunteering with Electric Mobility Canada and serving on the board of Halton Environmental Network (HEN) to continue driving climate action at the local level. Marwa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and Urban Planning and applies her systems thinking training to all aspects of her work.
