Marie is a French-Senegalese lawyer. In her capacity of Independent Legal Advisor of Ivoire Hydrogene, she is assisting the company with regards to creating a regulatory and legal framework enabling implementation of hydrogen projects within West Africa. She joined GB2A Avocats last July, to assist in offering African local authorities to go global and advocate for a more bottom-top approach when it comes to setting up energy roadmap that are rooted in local territories. Marie earned a Magister in International Law and a Diploma in Project finance and Energy at the University Paris Nanterre (France).
