Michelle Branigan is a seasoned human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, human resources development, recruitment, and curriculum development and evaluation. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC), where she leads initiatives to address workforce challenges and promote diversity and inclusion within the electricity sector.

Michelle’s extensive background includes a Master’s degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
