2024 WiRE Canada East Year in Review

The Canada East chapter of WiRE would like to wish everyone a joyful and prosperous new year! Our team has had an incredible year, building our member base and understanding more about the energy resources in our region. There were many inspiring moments, including two unforgettable field trips in Nova Scotia to the Tufts Cove Generating Station and the Martock Ridge Wind Farm. We were also proud to recently participate in the Atlantic Canada Solar Summit, where our member Melanie Roy presented a fantastic tech talk about WiRE and its initiatives. As we start to look forward to the year ahead, we want to thank every member, community partner, and supporter who made our journey in 2024 so impactful. Here’s to an even brighter, greener 2025!
