Job Title: Awards Committee Program Designer
Organization: Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE)
Location: Remote, Some In Person
WiRE is actively seeking a Volunteer Award Program Designer, a role that offers an enriching opportunity for those passionate about renewable energy and the empowerment of women. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the critical task of conducting in-depth research into energy industry trends. This knowledge will be utilized to identify and formulate impactful awards programs. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with the rest of the awards committee to bring these programs to fruition.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research into energy industry trends, with a particular emphasis on political relations relevant to specific regions.
Utilize research findings to identify opportunities for impactful awards programs.
Collaborate closely with the rest of the awards committee to design and implement these awards programs.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure the relevance and significance of the awards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the awards programs, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Exceptional research skills, with a focus on energy industry trends and political relations.
Creative thinking skills, with the ability to design impactful awards programs.
Robust interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Superior organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
