Canadian Arab Business Council (CABC)
The Canada Arab Business Council is Canada’s only not-for-profit association focused exclusively on promoting trade and investment between Canada and the Arab world.
Since 1983, the Council has been the principal advocate for, and the driving force behind, Canada’s growing economic relations with Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa region. We also work with Arab governments to promote economic relations with Canada.
Canadian Business Council Dubai (CBC-Dubai)
The Canadian Business Council assists Canadian-related companies and professionals establishing or operating/working in Dubai and the UAE, through business networking and connections, information exchange, and a continued connection to Canada.
As one of the largest and most active UAE business councils and the biggest Canadian business council in the MENA region, CBC offers members the opportunity to build their business and government networks and also maintain a strong connection to Canada, through events, member discounts and other benefits and supports. It also offers sponsors an opportunity to access and connect with a substantial number of Canadian professionals and their networks.
Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC)
A platform to drive clean energy policy and further dialogue between the public and private sectors across the MENA region.
Registered as a Not-for-Profit Company in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the CEBC is the pre-eminent organisation representing the private sector involved in the clean energy sector across the MENA region.

Women in Clean Energy MENA (WICE) is an initiative set up under the umbrella of the MENA Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC).
WICE is a group set up by women, for women and wants to provide female professionals and students in MENA’s renewable and clean energy fields with a voice, encourage women into jobs in the clean energy sector and help advance their careers. WICE will provide a platform for business women to network with peers and to leverage off the experience and knowledge of senior executives and practitioners.
EDAMA Energy, Water & Environment
EDAMA in Arabic means “sustainability”. EDAMA Association is a Jordanian NGO established in 2009. As a Business Association, we are here to cultivate an environment where innovative solutions for energy and water independence and environmental conservation emerge. Advancing Jordan’s movement towards a green economy is an ambitious and priority goal. To be achieved, we need robust knowledge hubs, multi- stakeholder dialogue avenues, and private sector mobilization. EYODER
The Energy Efficiency and Management Association (EYODER) is a non-governmental organization that has been operating since its establishment in 2010 with the aim of promoting energy efficiency and enhancing the capacity of individuals and organizations involved in this field. EYODER’s mission is to bring together energy efficiency services (EVD) companies that have received training and certification and have been authorized to fulfill the duties specified in the Energy Efficiency Law for buildings and industrial facilities, energy managers, as well as relevant sectoral organizations, unions, associations, banks, and producer-implementer companies.
Gender Hub Azerbaijan
Gender Hub Azerbaijan is a youth-led feminist organization working to advance gender equality in the country. They bring together a diverse community of activists, NGOs, government agencies, and businesses to tackle gender-based stereotypes and discrimination. Through advocacy, education, and community engagement, Gender Hub empowers women and girls, promotes inclusive policies, and fosters a more equitable society in Azerbaijan.

IRENA drives the widespread adoption and sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy, including bioenergy, geothermal, hydropower, ocean, solar and wind energy in the pursuit of sustainable development, energy access, and energy security, for economic and social resilience and prosperity and a climate-proof future.
IRENA’s membership comprises 168 countries and the EU. Together, they decide on the Agency’s strategic direction and programmatic activities, in line with the global energy discourse and priorities to accelerate the deployment of renewables-based energy transitions worldwide.

Our guiding principles are built on three key Pillars of UN Sustainable development goals: SDG5 (People), SDG7 (Purpose) and SDG13 (Planet).
In LINES we aim to advance the global energy transition by empowering women in energy through interdisciplinary networking, advocacy and mentoring . LINES seeks to address the current gender imbalances in the energy sector and to promote gender-sensitive action around the energy transition in many parts of the world.
Our work focuses on:
Networking: facilitating connections among women working in the traditional and renewable energy sector but also in other supporting industries such as the built enviroment
Advocacy: generating and disseminating information on the role of women in the energy transition as well as organising conferences, seminars, and workshops which foster discussions and promote gendersensitive action around the energy transition.
Mentoring: leading the development of women mentoring programmes as well as the matchmaking of mentors and mentees within the energy sector.
Collaborations: We form partnerships with global DEI networks, NGOs, academia, regulators, and private corporations to advance our gender balance objectives.
Mukad
MÜKAD, the Association of Women Engineers and Architects, is a non-profit organization founded on February 19, 2018. It comprises women engineers and architects from various disciplines who work in both the private sector and government. The association aims to provide modern education in line with Atatürk’s Principles and Revolutions, and to eliminate the opportunity inequality against girls.
MÜKAD is dedicated to increasing the proportion of girls in education and supports economically disadvantaged young girls studying in engineering and architecture faculties. The association also provides a platform for women engineers and architects from different disciplines to come together, be aware of each other, and receive support.
In addition, MÜKAD organizes courses, seminars, webinars, congresses, and conferences in different fields of engineering and architecture, and publishes journals and similar publications. The revenues earned are used to cover general association expenses and to support scholarship students.
The vision of MÜKAD is to ensure the empowerment of women and girls in Turkey and the world and the elimination of discrimination.
