I want to join WiRE to help strengthen the community which so far has made me feel like there is an opportunity for me to successfully pursue a career in the sector. As an immigrant and young professional looking to break into the industry, doubt, uncertainty and feelings of alienation are not uncommon. WiRE has so far given me the belief that I will not only be able to achieve my goals but can do so with such work having positive ramifications.
