What Is Energize Equity?

Energize Equity is a campaign to create more inclusive workspaces by empowering individuals and organizations. As part of this campaign, WiRE launched a survey in March 2023. The survey aims to shed light on the barriers faced by individuals, specifically women and underrepresented individuals, working in the climate sector The stories being collected via this survey are being shared on a dedicated LinkedIn page.
