The Truth About Imposter Syndrome: You’re Not the Problem

The Truth About Imposter Syndrome: You’re Not the Problem

Many brilliant, high-potential women second-guess their value, thinking they need more credentials, more perfection, or more permission. This internal doubt holds them back from speaking up, embracing opportunities, or seeing themselves as leaders.

Imposter syndrome is not a personal failing. It’s a predictable response to outdated systems and expectations. In this powerful session, leadership coach and author Melissa Creede will help you unpack what’s really behind imposter feelings, give you a language to talk about them, and offer tools to reclaim your authority without needing to “fix yourself.”

This isn’t a motivational talk. It’s a mindset shift that changes how you show up.
