Susanna Zagar

Susanna Zagar is the CEO of the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), where she leads the organization in regulating the province’s electricity and natural gas sectors. With over two decades of experience in public policy, regulatory leadership, and strategic planning, Susanna is known for her commitment to promoting consumer protection and enabling innovation in the energy sector. Her work has focused on driving the energy transition, enhancing public trust, and supporting sustainable development, making her a respected leader in the industry.

Cara Clairman

Cara Clairman is the President and CEO of Plug’n Drive, a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) to maximize their environmental and economic benefits. Under her leadership, Plug’n Drive has become a leading voice in EV education and advocacy, helping Canadians make informed decisions about sustainable transportation. Cara brings over 20 years of experience in the environmental and energy sectors, combining her passion for clean technology with a commitment to reducing carbon emissions and promoting greener living.

Farah Alexis

Farah Alexis is the Chief Ethics Officer at Hydro One Limited, providing leadership for administering the Code of Business Conduct and providing employees and managers with tools and advice to live the Company’s values. She has held several senior leadership roles in Human Resources, specializing in Talent Management, Culture & Change and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. Farah serves as Board Director and Chair of the Human Resources Committee for Hamilton Health Sciences Centre. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.
