Tracy Primeau is a retired Shift Manager at Bruce Power and was the first Indigenous woman to become a CNSC-licensed operator at Bruce A. She is a mentor, role model, and clean energy advocate who shares leadership lessons rooted in Indigenous teachings through her company, Agile Bear.
