Ayshan Gurbanova is an aspiring Petroleum Engineering student, brings a diverse skill set to the table, developed through various roles and expertise in disciplines such as reservoir, drilling, and production engineering. Her broad understanding of the oil and gas industry enables her to make significant contributions to projects.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Gurbanova is an active volunteer with WiRE (Women in Renewable Energy) Azerbaijan, where she focuses her efforts on the awards committee. She is currently working on a project to recognize Azerbaijani women through WiRE’s awards program, further demonstrating her commitment to her community and industry.

Gurbanova has consistently demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality in her work, whether it’s data analysis or designing university projects related to well engineering. Her success is largely attributed to her ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, challenging, and team-oriented environments.

In addition to her technical prowess, Gurbanova is equipped with exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This ensures alignment within the team and keeps projects on track.
