Rhea Gupta is the inaugural WiRE Juniors Ambassador and a passionate advocate for climate action. At just six years old, Rhea's unexpected moment of bravery and curiosity ignited the very program she now leads.
Ambassador Journey: The Inspiration
The idea for the WiRE Junior Ambassadors program was born from Rhea's memorable appearance at a WiRE networking event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. While her mother moderated a panel of high-level energy professionals, Rhea—at the tender age of six—fearlessly rose to ask a question about energy in Ontario. Her palpable passion and confidence earned her a fervent applause from the crowd of 100 people, marking her as an undeniable emerging voice.
