Rhodah is a passionate Civil and Environmental Engineer committed to driving sustainable development through the integration of renewable energy solutions in community and institutional settings. With a strong technical foundation in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), Rhodah has expanded her expertise to promote clean, affordable, and resilient energy systems that support health, education, and environmental goals.
She is a strong advocate of renewable energy, such as solar power, to improve access to clean water, power sanitation systems, and create reliable energy solutions for off-grid schools and rural communities in Uganda. Her work emphasizes low-carbon technologies, energy efficiency, and inclusive infrastructure that uplifts vulnerable populations, especially women and children.
She has successfully collaborated with local leaders, school administrations, and district authorities to promote solar-powered water pumping systems, energy-efficient cooking technologies, and sustainable WASH facilities. Her mission is to build climate-resilient communities through practical engineering and people-centered innovation. Her vision is rooted in a cleaner, greener Uganda—where renewable energy not only protects the environment but also powers dignity, health, and opportunity for all.
