Rosemary Dogo is a highly accomplished Electrical Engineer and Project Manager with over nine years of progressive experience in high-voltage power transmission infrastructure. Having lived and studied across Nigeria, Poland, and the UK, she now brings a unique, worldly perspective to global energy challenges in Canada, complemented by a Master's degree in Renewable Energy.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated specialized technical acumen in the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical infrastructure, including 330/132/33kV transformers, switchgear, and protection systems. Ms. Dogo's expertise includes end-to-end project execution, encompassing scope development, civil and equipment design coordination, procurement support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and donor standards (including projects reported to the World Bank). Notable achievements include leading short circuit calculation projects, coordinating extensive preventive maintenance, and successfully implementing capacity-boosting initiatives at major substations.

Deeply committed to the energy transition, she recently augmented her technical foundation with the specialized Green Energy Economy training at the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS). Ms. Dogo is actively focused on leveraging her extensive electrical infrastructure experience to make a tangible and inclusive impact within the Canadian renewable energy sector.
