Dr. Elena Nikonova is a global executive in climate tech and clean mobility, currently General Manager for North America & APAC at Skytree. Formerly Chief Strategy Officer at Eleport (powered by BOLT), she led entry into four countries and helped secure $50M in Series A funding. Elena spent over a decade in Global Director roles at EVBox (part of ENGIE group) and Shell, where she led EV electrification programs for companies like Ford, Uber, Amazon, and Mercedes Daimler. As a Board Member and Advisor to high-growth start-ups from pre-seed to Series C, she brings a proven record in scaling companies, launching new markets, and driving revenue making organisations. Elena is a ex-management consultant at Roland Berger, holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and has lived and worked in 7 countries.
