Elnara Gafarova is a highly accomplished Social Manager with over 13 years of extensive experience in social management, community liaison, and project coordination. Currently at ACWA Power, Elnara excels at developing and implementing community engagement strategies, managing grievances, and ensuring adherence to robust environmental and social management systems. Her impressive career journey includes pivotal roles at BP, the International Organisation for Migration (IOM - UN Migration), Hope for Azerbaijan & World Vision, and the British Council, where she honed exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Elnara holds a Master of Arts in Philology from Kalmyk State University. Ms. Gafarrova is passionate about the energy sector and looks forward to sharing her passion through the WiRE Azerbaijan Chapter.
