Laurie Luo is interested in diverse subjects, including climate and sustainability, ESG, community planning and engagement, carbon neutral (net-zero), landscape architecture, green building and LEED, housing affordability, real estate development, and construction. She seeks a position that can leverage her transferable experiences and skills while allowing her to learn from peers and grow with companies or organizations. Laurie possesses over ten years of multi-disciplinary practical experience in architectural design, urban design, landscape architecture, and real estate project design management and development. She is highly adept at coordinating middle to large-scale projects with experience in project management and design skills across various building types, ranging from single dwelling units to large-scale residential, commercial, and complex projects. As a project design management manager for more than five years, she has coordinated real estate projects, prepared and established project plans, and managed and controlled design implementation processes. Laurie is actively involved in decision-making with different stakeholders and conducts herself in a respectful and ethical manner when representing the company's interests. With a high degree of attention to detail, she is very organized and comfortable working as part of a team, while also confident in assuming responsibility for independent work. She consistently demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in achieving desired results.
